We’re Drew and Tim, business owners based in Lancaster. We started building AI and automation tools to solve practical problems in the businesses we operate and help lead. Now we’re exploring how that experience can help other local owners.
Drew worked at McKinsey & Company and earned his MBA at Harvard Business School. He now owns and helps run a small business. In practice, that means he starts by watching how a task actually gets done, works out what fixing it is worth, and agrees with the owner on what to tackle first.
Tim owns and runs a small business and co-built the tools in our case studies.
The two of us scope, build and train. There’s no account team between you and the work.
We deal with staff schedules, customer questions and month-end paperwork in our own businesses.
Sometimes the answer is AI. Often it’s a simple automation, or a feature in software you already pay for.
