One workflow. Thirty days.
A paid, bounded project to improve one recurring task. It starts with a free 20-minute call to see whether there’s a useful project.
How the pilot works
- 01 · ReviewLook at the workflow as it runs today and agree a baseline and a measure of success.
- 02 · ScopePick one practical improvement and write down exactly what’s included.
- 03 · BuildConfigure or build the agreed solution, using your existing tools where they fit.
- 04 · TrainTest it with the people who’ll use it, then train them and leave a short operating guide.
- 05 · Hand overReview the result together and hand over the work. Any further support is agreed separately.
The 30 days start once scope is agreed and we have access to the systems involved.
What it costs
A fixed fee, agreed before any work begins. Any software costs are identified separately, up front.
Who checks the output
We agree who reviews results before anything goes to a customer, and show your staff how to handle the cases the tool gets wrong or can’t handle.
What’s not included
Broader integrations, ongoing maintenance and additional workflows. Those are scoped separately, if you want them.
Apply for a pilot
Applying starts a conversation. It doesn’t commit you to anything or guarantee a project.
Please don’t include confidential client, employee, financial or tax information. A short description of the task is plenty.
Thanks—your pilot request has been received. We’ll review what you shared and contact you about a short introductory conversation.
Questions owners ask
Do we need any experience with AI?
No. We explain what we’re setting up in plain terms, and training is part of the pilot.
Will this work with the software we already use?
Usually. We start with the tools you have and only suggest something new if it’s clearly worth it. Any software costs are identified before work starts.
How much of my time will it take?
An introductory call, a working session to walk through the task, and time from the people who’ll use the result for testing and training.
What access do you need to our data?
Only the systems the agreed workflow touches. We confirm what access is needed during scoping, before any work begins.
What does the pilot cost?
A fixed fee agreed before work begins. Software costs are identified separately.
What happens after the pilot?
We review results with you and hand over the work. Further workflows, integrations or support are scoped separately, only if you want them.
